How is shipping calculated?
Minimum order amount for checkout is Rs. 200 on the Store.
Shipping charges are calculated at 20% of your order value and added during checkout.
We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 1000 on the online Muskaan Books’ Store.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
- Advance payment is necessary before confirmation of the order. We do not offer Cash on Delivery for our Store sales currently.
- Muskaan Books will process and dispatch your order within 3 working days of the date of receipt of confirmed order and payment.
- Shipping/ delivery of books may be done through India Post or the best mode of shipping based on the shipping address. We request you to provide the complete delivery address (with contact number) while placing the order for better delivery services.
- Package is sent via registered post (India Post) and delivery time depends upon the location. Orders within India can take up to 10-12 working days to reach. We are happy to share the tracking ID of your parcel once it is dispatched over email/SMS. In case you’re unable to trace/track your order, kindly get in touch with us on publications@muskaan.org timely before the parcel is returned. We will look into the same and ensure your parcel reaches you safely.
- The minimum store order value is Rs. 200. The shipping is calculated at 20% of your order value amount and is visible as you checkout your cart. This amount has been calculated to include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
- We offer free shipping on orders amounting to Rs. 1000 and above.
- Additionally, in case of seasonal offers or special promotions, the shipping charges may be waived for new arrivals or vary as per actuals for orders more than a certain value – this will be indicated on the Muskaan Store website when applicable, and the shipping amounts will automatically reflect in your shopping cart while check-out.
- The shipping details shared and exchanged with the Muskaan Store shopping cart will not be shared, sold, disclosed, revealed to third parties in any form, for any purposes, at any time.
- All contacts and sales information including the information/queries from us will remain confidential.
